Good Plan Group is a women-owned team of experienced nonprofit professionals who believe every great mission deserves a good plan. With decades of combined experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and communications, our team understands the real-world challenges of managing growth, campaigns, and community relationships — because we’ve all been there!

Robin is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) who believes every nonprofit deserves a good plan. For more than 20 years, she has helped small and mid-sized organizations identify opportunities, strengthen fundraising programs, and build strategies that turn vision into action. She is passionate about helping nonprofit leaders move forward with confidence, ensuring every conversation ends with clarity, alignment, and a plan for what comes next.
She believes fundraising is one of the most powerful tools for creating community impact and that successful organizations thrive when they have clear goals, defined priorities, and actionable next steps. She brings a practical, results-driven approach grounded in collaboration and accountability.
Outside of work, you'll find her spending time with her two children, walking her dog Maple, volunteering with her local Rotary Club, or enjoying a good book and a cup of coffee.

With a master’s degree in graphic design and an undergraduate background in sociology, Carrie combines her passions for art, design, and mission-driven work into meaningful communication in the nonprofit sector. Having worked with numerous nonprofits for over 18 years, she enjoys information design, branding, and helping nonprofits share their stories in ways that resonate.
Effective communication is rooted in a good plan that aligns with an organization’s mission and goals. Carrie is dedicated to helping organizations best represent their brand and find their voice to share their good work with the world.
When she’s not creating her next checklist, Carrie enjoys practicing baseball with her son, perfecting her chocolate chip cookie recipe, volunteering with a local cat rescue, getting back into ballet, and curling up with a good book and her cats.
Fun Fact: Carrie was the first person to graduate from her specific master’s program at GMU
