Good Plan Group is a women-owned team of experienced nonprofit professionals who believe every great mission deserves a good plan. With decades of combined experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and communications, our team understands the real-world challenges of managing growth, campaigns, and community relationships — because we’ve all been there.

Meet Our Team
Robin is passionate about helping nonprofits identify areas of opportunity that enable organizations to succeed. Robin is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) with over 15 years of experience, she believes fundraising is one of the most powerful ways to help people make a tangible impact on their community.
She values clear plans and actionable outcomes, ensuring every discussion ends with shared decisions and a clear path forward, because everyone deserves a clear call to action.
When she’s not working on a plan, you can find Robin playing outside with her two kids, taking walks with her dog Maple, reading a good book, supporting her local Rotary Club, and enjoying plenty of coffee along the way.
Fun Fact: Robin was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Armenia

With a master’s degree in graphic design and an undergraduate background in sociology, Carrie combines her passions for art, design, and mission-driven work into meaningful communication in the nonprofit sector. Having worked with nonprofits for over 18 years, she enjoys information design, branding, and helping nonprofits share their stories in ways that resonate.
Effective communication is rooted in a good plan that aligns with an organization’s mission and goals. Carrie is dedicated to helping organizations best represent their brand and find their voice to share their good work with the world.
When she’s not creating her next checklist, Carrie enjoys practicing baseball with her son, perfecting her chocolate chip cookie recipe, volunteering with a local cat rescue, getting back into ballet, and curling up with a good book and her cats.
Fun Fact: Carrie was the first person to graduate from her specific master’s program at GMU
