A Good Plan for Your End of Year Campaign
combines expert guidance, peer learning, accountability, and individualized support so your organization can enter year-end fundraising season with confidence and a clear plan. This cohort is limited to 12 participants to allow for personalized feedback, peer review, and implementation support.

By the end of the cohort, participants will have:

  • A year-end fundraising strategy and timeline
  • A campaign theme and messaging framework
  • Giving Tuesday strategy
  • Year-end appeal letter draft
  • December email solicitation calendar
  • Donor stories identified and ready to use

Session Details

The cohort will meet weekly for four virtual sessions, and conclude with an individual coaching session to ensure you're confident in your end-of-year plans!

Week 2  |  Planning Your Message

Topics for discussion include building campaign messaging, stories that resonate, and creating content.

Week 3  |  Planning Your Letter
Wednesday, September 23, 2026, 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
Topics for discussion include best practices in fundraising appeals and developing a good donor lists.

Week 4  |  Planning Your Communications
Wednesday, September 30, 2026, 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
Topics for discussion include building consistent communications across channels and December solicitation strategies.

Individual Coaching Session
Each cohort member receives a virtual 1:1 session to review their plan and gain personalized guidance. Individual coaching sessions will be scheduled before October 30, 2026 to give you time to implement your plan!

Cohorts Sessions are held virtually on Zoom on Wednesdays from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. There is no formal session Wednesday, September 16th to allow for individual planning time. We encourage attendees to attend each week to contribute, but sessions will be recorded for cohort attendees.
